1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at handychief.com or booking any service with Handychief, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

Handychief provides residential and commercial handyman services in the Pensacola, FL area and surrounding Gulf Coast communities. Services include but are not limited to furniture assembly, TV mounting, painting, pressure washing, carpentry, drywall repair, flooring, installations, and general home repairs.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any job that is outside our scope of services or that poses safety risks.

3. Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of quoting.

• Flat-rate and hourly pricing options are available. The applicable rate will be communicated clearly before work begins.

• If the scope of work changes significantly during the job, we will communicate any pricing adjustments before proceeding.

• Free estimates are non-binding and do not constitute a commitment to perform work.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

• Appointments are confirmed when we acknowledge your booking by phone or message.

• We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as promptly as possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure we can complete your job efficiently and safely, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the job scope and location.

• Ensure safe and clear access to the work area.

• Disclose any known hazards (mold, pests, structural issues, etc.) before work begins.

• Be available or have an authorized adult (18+) present during the service.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and other payment methods communicated at time of booking. Unpaid invoices may be subject to a late fee.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, subject to reasonable evaluation of the concern.

8. Limitation of Liability

Handychief’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues not disclosed prior to the job, or damage caused by customer-supplied materials.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on handychief.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Handychief and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Escambia County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
